The ProSeries 24x60 Steel Hitch-Mount Cargo Carrier # 63153 that you referenced can use either an incandescent or an LED-type lighting kit. The LED lighting kit, part # 98174LED, includes the set of two 12-diode oval lights, rubber mounting grommets and wiring. An extension is offered, part # 9653P, which gives you an additional 12-inches of wiring length.
Efficient LED lighting uses only about 1/10th of the power required by incandescent lights like # 20174 and they also offer brighter light output that does not darken over time as can be the case with standard bulb lighting.

This kit requires that your Wrangler have a working 4-pole flat trailer connector to power the lights. If you need a 4-pole wiring harness we offer Tow Ready # 118416 for Wranglers with a factory 7-way.
