From my research on your 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe with the Police Package, I found that the trailer hitch receiver was a standard item. We do not list any rear mounted trailer hitches for the 2015 Tahoe.

You may be interested in the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. I have attached a product review video for this ball mount kit you can check out.

I spoke with a contact at a dealership and they said the Tahoe comes with 4 and 7-way connectors next to the receiver opening in the rear bumper.

If you do not have the factory 7-way connector on your Tahoe I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package, part # C55384. This harness works with the system on the Tahoe and will work with vehicles or trailers with or without LED lights.

You can Then add the Curt 4 Pole and 7-Pole Adapter, # C57674 . You can plug the 4-way trailer connector into the 4-flat connector from this adapter and simply run an additional power wire to the vehicle battery. You will then use the black wire from this adapter along with additional wire like part # 10-1-1 for the 12 volt power wire. I recommend installing a 40-amp circuit breaker like part # 9510 between the trailer connector and battery. This will protect the battery on the vehicle in case something happens to the wiring on your trailer.
