Jeff: Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at this 11-piece Half-Inch Drive Metric Impact Socket Set. Now, these sockets are a drop-forged chrome vanadium steel construction for strength and durability. If you notice they have a corrosion and oil-resistant black manganese phosphate finish on them. And if you look closely right here, you can see they do a large laser etching on each socket for easy identification of the size.

So it makes it easy when you store these that you'd be able to just look at it, see what size it is without having to look all around the socket.They do use the recessed edges and rounded corners for a nice tighter grip.
