Easily extend your field of vision and reduce blind spots with these CIPA slip-on towing mirrors. By adding them to your OEM side-view mirrors, you can see beyond the end of your trailer. This will allow you to safely and easily change lanes, pass, and park with a trailer in tow.
Each of these mirrors is molded to perfectly match the contours of your factory side mirrors. Simply slide the mirrors over your side-view mirrors and use the custom-formed, felt-covered wedges to hold the mirrors in place. Each wedge wraps around the inside edge of your OEM mirror and can be tightened onto the mirror with an easily accessible hand knob.

I would like it to be extendable a bit further on the passenger side. The driver's side is fine though. The passenger side does not let one see far enough away from the side of the trailer. All in all, I like it better than drilling holes into the doors of my pickup to install huge mirrors. These look way better and are sufficient.

I was looking forward to installing the mirrors when they arrived & quickly did so as we had a camping trip already planned that they arrived just in time for. I like the mirrors in that they allow me to see down each side of our trailer for traffic beside and behind me. my concern is after a year of being on the truck they do not seem to secure as tight as they did when new. I check the tightening screws often as it appears the shell of the mirror is warping and not fitting as well as they did when new. Truck is parked under cover & out of the sun when not in use so not sure what is causing the issue. Overall I would recommend these mirrors as they do give you good rear vision, but I wish they kept their shape better/

The mirrors are working fine although I must loosen
I have mounted the mirrors and I can’t see where they’ll be a problem the fit is pretty good and they should work just fine
Just installed, seems to be a good product for a good price, but have not used enough to really critique. One very minor point, almost not worthy of mentioning, is the diagram in the instructions for the wedge is not accurate, which gave me just a moment's pause. It shows the hole for the screw knob opposite the side it is actually on. I went on and installed anyway, maybe if this is of some consequence the company will let me know.

Products are great, thank you!! Your shipping dept. was a week behind in shipments which I would have gotten my products on time. No one contacted me so I had to follow up and pay extra for a UPS Next Day Air shipment which was shipped on Saturday, and I finally received on Tuesday. I do appreciate the extra effort of the shipping dept to get the shipment out but all this was because Etrailer was behind in shipments and no effort to contact me to let me know. Thank you for trying to correct this problem at my expense. Ken Gossett

It looks like you are needing mirrors for your twenty twenty Chevy Silverado fifteen hundred. These mirrors wont fit, like you said, but we do carry mirrors that will. Part # LO54FR is a confirmed fit for your truck, if you are still needing some towing mirrors.
It was an easy install. It takes a little getting used to having two images on the mirror
The first time I used the mirrors, the plastic on the passenger side mirror broke and now the mirror will not stay secure to the vehicle mirror.
diesel truck vibration made mirror extensions almost useless. hard to know if it is safe to change lanes.

one fell off-have not received much benefit
george,,received the mirror extensions and trailer tire in a very quick shipping time,,love that and your tracking set up is the best i've ever used out of any shipper...on the mirror extensions they fit perfect on my 95 f-250...one thing i recomend is that the rubber strip that comes with it to apply to the wedge lock,,replace it with a 1 inch wide by 2-3 inch piece of the fuzzy side of felcro and the wedge lock slides right in and locks securely,, thanks for the outstanding service,,marshall
My mirrors came on time but was missing some hardware. I emailed that info back to etrailer and got a phone call within two days. The person I talked to was very understanding and said she would make contact with the manufacturer to get the missing parts.I got the missing parts yesterday and am very satisfied with etrailer. I will use them again in a heartbeat.
Service was outstanding and shipped in a timely matter just got the product with a couple pieces missing but called and told etrailer about it and they shipped replacement parts the next day.
works well, well constructed. I actually drilled a recess in my plastic mirror where the holding screw goes. This allows the mirror to be more stable and not come off very easy. I use them for towing my camping trailer without them I cant see around the camper.
The overall fit and finish is very good, however the passenger’s side mirror is difficult to adjust when installed due to the mirror rim hitting the housing on the inner rim,making it hard to tilt the mirror in and out. The up and down works fine. The driver’s side has no problems.
It's a good concept idea but, they don't stay securely fastened to my mirrors. And it scratches them up as well. Viewing could be better but it's ok I guess. I'm considering larger mirrors that attach to the doors.
I haven't got to use the mirrors yet, I did slip them over the truck mirrors. I don't like the look of a long black mirror, but, they weren't intended for looks, they were meant for function. Only 3 stars, due to construction. The plastic seems a bit thinner than it should be in my opinion. I am afraid if I tighten them to tight I might break them. In the same sense I am afraid to leave them to loose. The upside is, I can take them off and put them behind the seat and only use when necessary. Be careful when mirrors are near objects, these will probably break before your break away mirror gives. They are still a better option than removing old mirrors and drilling for new larger mirrors.
Works as advertised I had the old rubber strap on ones, time will tell how these hold up have not pulled 5th wheel with them yet but functionality form and fit were as advertised.
Fit my 1997 Ford F250 heavy duty with electric mirrors perfectly. These mirrors stay in place unlike many I have had in the past. Use the screw attachment and they stay where you put them, Even onvery rough roads. highly room recommend these mirrors.

You mentioned that they did not fit and I have a few questions to ask. Can you confirm the year, make, and model of your truck. Do you have black-capped or chrome-capped mirrors.
Items were shipped and delivered on time as promised. I have installed them in minutes. I have not made any long trips with them yet. So far they seem to do the job for me. I have a 1998 F150 and tow a 15ft Camper trailer, I will let you know how they do after my trip.
I bought these to extend the stock mirrors on a 96 F150 that had a popup pickup camper on it. These mirrors made all the difference in being able to see behind me. I drove the rig nearly 3,000 miles and they didn't loosen one whit. I recommend!
The mirrors arived quickly and in great shape. Th instructions were easy to follow, I instaled both mirrors in about 10 ninuts, and were adjusted in another 10 minutes. After a 12 mile test drive they were as solid as if they had been factory installed. Great product and I highly recomed!

These mirrors are like new after a year of traveling in all kinds of weather - from snow to rain to sleet to broiling sunshine. I couldnt ask for a better extendable mirror. No deterioration has shown up in the form of fading or fractures.
