Notes: A minimum of 2" of clearance is needed from the edge of the bumper step to the end of the ball mount shank to ensure a proper fit. If the ball mount shank does not align with the hitch receiver so that the hitch pin can be inserted - or if the Roxter's frame cannot be positioned to hang straight and plumb - a longer ball mount will be needed to install the mud flaps.

Customizable Mud Flaps

The Roxter includes 4 mud flaps that each measure 24" long x 12" wide. These mud flaps can be trimmed and adjusted along the frames to suit your style and your truck's needs.

If you want more protection, you can purchase additional mud flaps (sold separately).

Heavy-Duty Construction

Roxter mud flaps are made of a 3/8" thick composite rubber for superior protection. These flaps have been rated to resist heat up to 200 F and to remain flexible at -40 F. A heat shield can be purchased to protect the flap from hot exhaust (sold separately). A lightly textured, smooth rubber surface keeps ice and mud from building up and sticking to the flaps.

The frame is constructed of strong, rustproof aluminum and comes with zinc-plated hardware. The frame has a smooth finish.

Reversible Trim Plates

Trim plates can be attached to the bottom of your mud flaps to give them a stylish look and help the flaps stay rigid. The plates are reversible with one side silver and the other side black.

Easy Installation and Removal

You can install the mud flaps in a few simple steps. First, assemble the frame and the ball mount clamp, then attach the clamp to the frame using the included hardware. Slide the ball mount shank into the clamp, insert the ball mount into your hitch, and secure it with a pin and clip.

Once the ball mount is secured you can tighten the frame clamp in place. Be sure to leave a small gap between the mud flap frame and your bumper so the frame will not scratch the bumper.

To install the mud flaps onto the frame, simply slide the weld nuts on the back of each flap into the frame's nut channel, push tube plugs into each end of the frame, and tighten bolts to secure the mud flaps.

Once you have completed the initial setup you can leave the mud flaps clamped to your ball mount. This will make it easy to install and remove as needed.
