2008 Dodge Durango
The hitch receiver arrived ahead of schedule and was exactly what was needed to attach to the front of our 2008 Dodge Durango.

Need to beef up front of hitch, the frame location is not strong enough to prevent bending over, thus hitch points down instead of staying level. U clamp in back does not prevent hitch from moving back, which also contributes to level issue.

2005 Dodge Durango
custom fit for quick and easy install. putting it on a winter beater that wont see the road but used at private residence for plowing snow only. i was going to fabricate my own because of my needed usage but after pricing the metal to do so it just didnt make sense to not purchase from E-Trailer. very cost effective,great fit, easy and quick install.

It it has cutouts, see instructions, you will not have to trim. If the area is not already cut out then you will need to do it. You should not have to do any drilling or change the air dam according to the instructions. We unfortunately don't have any photos of this installed on either vehicle you mentioned, however I have attached a photo of how this hitch attaches so you can see how it fits right under the fascia at about the same height as the air dam underneath.
