Hassle-Free Installation
Each JetStream crossbar has a bottom channel that allows you to mount it to any of the Yakima StreamLine towers - BaseLine, RidgeLine, SkyLine, or TimberLine. The rubber strip in the channel can be cut down to the exact size needed for installation and then re-installed in the channel. This helps keep dirt out of the bar and reduces wind noise.
Etched measurements along the bottom channel help you center the bar on your roof. Simply use the ruler on each end of the bar to ensure the towers are spaced properly in the channel.
Once you have the correct measurements, install the brackets in the bottom channel, set the bar on top of your towers, and tighten it in place with the torque tool (included with your towers).

Versatile BarBed
The BaseLine's BarBed is specifically designed to work with Yakima's entire line of crossbars.

Same Key System Locks

I checked with Yakima and found that you will need a new set of towers and clips for your 2018 Honda CR-V. Since the rack he has is for raised rails and the crossbars are only 38" in length you wouldn't be able to use any of the components and would need a completely new rack. A 2002 Toyota 4Runner has a minimum bar length of 48" so for a round bar setup on a naked roof you would need the following components:

There is a solution for you that will allow you to still use Yakima round bars, if you have them. Unfortunately, since the Q-Towers have been discontinued and the new system is not backwards compatible, you will need new towers, a fit kit, and round bar adapters. This is what you need for your 2017 Chevrolet Colorado.

Sometimes we are able to find older Yakima fit info but I checked and they do not have a Q clip setup for the 2013 Toyota Prius c so the only option we have would be a new rack that would allow you to use your round bars. The complete rack for your vehicle consists of:

If you are just needing the Yakima BaseClip Fit Kit for your 2014 Dodge Ram 1500, you can use part # Y06135.
