Vehicle Consultation Pickup and Dropoff Instructions

Hello! Below is everything you'll need to know to make your installation run as smoothly as possible. We look forward to seeing you! Dropoff InformationIf your vehicle allows, please park in one of the designated parking spots. Larger trailers and RVs can be parked along the Northwest side of the parking lot. The drop box is located to the right of our main entrance. Early drop off is welcome. Please remove any bulky items from cargo areas and truck beds prior to dropping off.Your vehicle is needed from 9 am to 5 pm to allow our expert install team proper time to safely install your purchase and our video team to document the process. This is so that we may share the process to inform future customers on our website. If time allows, a member of our product demonstration team may fit additional non-intrusive items on your vehicle (such as bike racks and floor mats) to document them for our website.

Key Drop Box

Pickup InformationKeys will be returned via key lockers at 5 pm on the day your install is completed. You will receive a box number and code via email by 4 pm on the final day of your appointment. To open your key locker, enter the 3-digit code (the last 3 digits of your phone number), turn the knob to the left, and lift the door to retrieve your key(s).

Additional Information: Any removed parts will be discarded as scrap unless requested otherwise. Appointments/parts are prepaid. Any changes/additions will be addressed over the phone day of, calls for additional charges may be delayed up to 2 days. All manuals and extras will be put in the vehicle.
