It sounds like you have a Swagman Original bike rack. We have the replacement cradle padding # P0023 which fits 1999 models and newer. If you have the Ford Escape equipped with a tow package you will want the Plug-N-Tow Wiring harness, part # C55255.
For the Escape without the tow package, the T-1 Vehicle Wiring Harness, part # 118343 would be the correct fit.

We don't have replacement lock cylinders with the number 2818 but you can replace your cylinder with any of the Thule cylinders on our site. You will need the cylinder # THLOCKN168, the matching key # THKEYN168 (I recommend getting at least 2 of these), and the Universal Change Key # 853-1251 to install the cylinder.

My research indicates that grease seal part 125255UC has an outer diameter of 1.980-inches and this correlates with the hubs that use bearing # L44649. The seal part most often used with inner/outer bearing L44649 is seal part # 10-9 which has an inner diameter of 1.50-inches and an outer diameter of 1.987-inches so bearing kit # BK1-150 that you referenced should do it.
