While we don't have any custom fit hitch plates that fit your 2016 International 4300 we do have some universal mounts that would potentially work. You'd need to have a qualified welder install the kit.

I recommend the Curt # C12287 for your 2007 Volvo S80 simply because it has a tongue weight rating of 350 pounds and a towing capacity of 3500 pounds.

I have a different option for you, but at this time there is not a trailer hitch receiver with a 2" receiver that fits your 2014 Volvo S80.
The only hitch currently available is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12287 which has a 1-1/4" receiver with a tongue weight rating of 350 lbs and a trailer weight rating of 3500lbs.
Since your Saris bike rack is only for 2" receivers you will need to replace it.

I checked the install instructions for the Draw Tite hitch part # 36466 that you have for your 2007 Volvo S80 and the rear bumper does not have to come off. Only the two plastic fascia nuts need to be removed.

At this time there are no Class III trailer hitches available for the 2013 Volvo S80 but the Class II hitches, see link, are all rated high enough for the trailer you plan to tow. You also have to consider the vehicle capacity as indicated in the owners manual. Whichever is lower, the hitch or the vehicle, is the capacity you need to go by.

Don't worry, I can help. It looks like you purchased a bike rack from us but not the roof rack so, if your original Yakima roof rack has the Q-Towers like # Y00124, then the correct Q-clips for your 2010 Volvo S80 are the front clip Q127 and back clip Q128. I checked and it looks like the S40 QTower setup would come with the Q102 clips for front and rear. On the clip themselves you should see a number at the top right to confirm. When a vehicle owner's manual or manufacturer says something like Use only Volvo approved chains that means they want you to buy them from Volvo or a Volvo dealer when in reality they should just tell you what makes chains approved or not.
