In order to determine if you will be able to tow level as is you will need to first level the trailer and then measure from the ground to the bottom of the skid plate on the pin box. Once this is done, you can then measure from the ground to the bed floor on the tow vehicle and add the height of the fifth wheel hitch which most can usually be adjusted anywhere from 14" - 17". If the truck sits higher than the trailer even once you have dropped it back down from the original lift then you... view full answer...
I do have an option for you but Shelby boat trailer jacks are discontinued and we don't offer any direct bolt-on replacements for them. That said, you can easily remove the old flange by cutting or simply place the new jack beside it and leave the old flange in place. I recommend the Round Swivel Marine Jack w/ Wheel part # MJ-1200B which offers a bolt-on install with wheel for easier maneuvering. view full answer...
If your 2021 Keystone Cougar 22MLSWE had 2,000 lb axles the part # TMK54ZR would be correct for it but I do not believe that is what you'd need although I was not able to verify the axle capacity of the trailer.
A more likely axle capacity you have is 3,500 and the correct kit would be the part # TMK52VR. view full answer...
To replace the landing gear system on your 2006 Keystone Cougar I recommend taking a look at the Stromberg Carlson Electric Landing Gear Set # LG-3. This is a really nice system that features electric-powered adjustment for easy operation and heavy-duty steel construction that will hold up great over time. It has a combined weight capacity of 6,500 pounds.
The outer tube of the landing gear legs measure 29-1/2 inches tall with weld stops that are spaced apart 15-1/2 inches inside to inside.... view full answer...

These are great steps, no negative concerns with the TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps w/ Landing Gear. However, # TLA8004 that you linked to is designed for an entry height of 32-1/2" - 44". If you have an entry height of 28", then I suggest the # TLA8003 model. This is for an entry height of 25-1/2" - 36". view full answer...
Yes you are on the right track. Sounds like you landing gear legs have internal problems that a gear kit like the part # LG-146060 should fix as you've replaced basically everything else. This kit is for the follower leg so for a driver leg as well you'd want the # LG-146059. view full answer...

You have a couple options, but for an adapter designed to convert from your B and W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch to a set of industry standard fifth wheel rails you'd just need the Curt X5 adapter part # 16310 which would be a great option if you have a fifth wheel hitch already.
If you don't have a hitch currently your best option would be a Companion hitch which would fit your Turnoverball gooseneck directly with the # BWRVK3400 for a slider hitch (if you have a short bed truck), or... view full answer...
The Draw-Tite Multi-Fit Motor Home Trailer Hitch, 47" - 71" wide # 82201 has a maximum tongue weight of 300 lbs. If you have a frame that is shorter then the Draw-Tite # 5350 is a great option with a 500 lb tongue weight.
If you are unsure of the width of your trailer frame the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703 is a great option that with either bolt or weld on and is rated for 350 lbs tongue weight. If you have a frame between 18-51 inches... view full answer...
Trailer brake magnets will eventually wear out since they grab to the drum as the wheel is turning but they don't have a set lifespan. Typically most of the time they last between 20 and 25 thousand miles. As long as they are working and don't look worn out with windings showing through you are fine. view full answer...

You could use a dimmer switch with the The Gustafson RV LED Ceiling Light # 277-000330-331 that you referenced but you'll need to use a dimmer switch designed for LED lights. Also this uses non-standard LED style bulbs that would be difficult to replace, but the good news is that LED bulbs essentially last a lifetime unlike incandescents that have a tendency to burn out every few months so you wouldn't really need to worry about ever replacing them. view full answer...
You can replace your SW6DE water heater with a Furrion Tankless water heater # FR93FR. Generally the tankless units are smaller than the tanked units. So some modification may be required to allow the tankless unit to fit correctly.
As far as the door, I cannot tell you exactly what size you will need to cover your cutout. You will need to measure your cutout and order a door large enough to cover it. We have the door available in a 16" x 16" # FR43FR, 16" x 18" # FR63FR or the 18" x... view full answer...
You are correct and all of the settings of the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote # MA00-07000K that you mentioned are correct. The powered lift can be turned off to allow you to manually lift the lid, this is thermostatically controlled, and due to the lid design it could be open and vent while raining. This is due to the vents being underneath the lid. I attached a picture that shows what the display looks like for the temperature setting.
