The other hitch part numbers you mentioned are compatible with the tow prep puck system, and not the B&W Turnover Ball, so none of those would work for you. The Companion will work perfectly for you, as long as your 5th wheel doesn't have a rotating pin box like the Reese Revolution or Sidewinder or the Lippert Turning Point.

The DOT 4 LV is a lower viscosity version of the 4 formula. It's never been tested in the Hydrastar actuators like # HBA16 and based on the performance differences people have noted in automotive applications when using one over the other I would not recommend it. We can definitely get your 2019 Grand Design Solitude 2930RL set up with disc brakes, and to do so you'll need the hub-and-rotor disc brake kit, as well as an electric over hydraulic actuator. The interesting thing about Dexter 7k axles is that they could come with two different grease seals with the only difference being the inner diameter of the seal.
If the inner diameter is 2.25 inch you'd want the part # 10-63 or if it's 2.125 you'd want # 21325.
