I have a possible solution for you but the trailer hitches for the 1991 Geo Tracker are Class I trailer hitches. All of the enclosed cargo carriers including those from Rola will only fit in Class II and/or III hitches.

Bascially, the Roadmaster Base Plates, # 118-1, will attach flat to the frame on the front of your 1993 Geo Tracker. If you are using a vehicle mounted tow bar like the Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar part # RM-501.
