That's a hard question to answer since it's a very unique application of the Yakima LongArm Truck Bed Load Extender # Y01149 and it's on a vehicle we've never test fit it on. You'll basically just need to remove as much of the oil from your hubs as you can and then pack them with grease instead of oil. Oil seals and caps seal better than grease seals and caps so to make the conversion you want to make is not hard at all. It's when people want to go the opposite direction to they need new seals and caps. For grease you'd then want the LMX Red grease # L11390.
