The difference between a D15 tire and an R15 tire is the construction. The D denotes that it's a bias tire and the R is for a radial tire. Which is best for you depends on the type of terrain you're towing the trailer on because bias tires have a thicker sidewall making them better for off-road travel where radials run cooler and have better ground contact making them ideal for highway use.

The only ST235/75r15 tire we have available is the Westlake ST235/75R15 Radial Off-Road Trailer Tire - Load Range D # WST54FR which has a load range D and capacity of 2,910-lbs.
