I have attached a drawing of a typical triple-axle setup you can check out. I have noted the locations you would install the # LC281288 kit shackles, bolts, sleeves, and nuts. This kit is designed for use on triple-axle trailers with double-eye leaf springs that have 2 EQ-105 equalizers like part # TREQ105.

Although the equalizers included with the Dexter # K71-359-00 Heavy Duty Suspension are a 1/2 inch taller and a 1/4 inch different in width than the original equalizers, that difference isn't enough to affect the fit. The trailer height will be slightly raised due to the taller equalizers, but the articulation of the suspension will take up part of that. The height change will be negligible.
This is absolutely the kit I'd recommend for you. The heavier duty shackle links and wet bolts... view full answer...

Great question, Brian!
The bushings that fit on the bolts for the shackle straps tend to wear out a bit faster than the ones that connect your leaf spring directly to a hanger which is why there are only 4 bushings in the Dexter Heavy Duty Suspension Upgrade Kit for Single Axle Trailers # K71-358-00.
If you wanted to get 2 additional of the bushings that come in this kit then the part # D014-077-00 is the exact same bushing so you just need to order 2 of them as well. view full answer...

I can see how either way would "in theory" work well, but what we've gotten from our weight distribution manufacturers is that you let it auto level first and then set the system up so that the WD's spring bar tension is accurate for how the vehicle's suspension configuration and not be too severe.
Otherwise if you do the auto-level after the WD system you may end up with the WD and the air system working against each other. view full answer...
