They said there was no difference in installation except you're dropping 2 exhausts instead of one. The If you check out step 5 of the install instructions link I attached for the Curt hitch # C12091 you'll see the torque figure. Right now the torque spec is 110 foot lbs (as of December 2019). It is not recommended to reinstall the lower body fascia with the Curt Class II Trailer Hitch, # C12091, on your 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium because of the final position of the hitch once it is installed. It may be possible to mount the fascia with the hitch installed, but you will have to do extensive trimming to make it fit with the hitch. On the Rola bike racks that take strap # 59405 there is a simple procedure for replacing the strap. First, if you look at the cradles you will see they are held to the arms by the clamping force provided by a screw and nut. Remove the screw and nut. Then at the end of each arm, on the bottoms, there will be a small screw. Remove this screw. Then all you have to do is slide everything off the end of the arm.

The shield/lower panel you speak of is removed because it completely blocks the area where the hitch would need to sit. The amount of trimming necessary to get that panel to fit around the hitch would be so extensive that there wouldn't be anything left of that panel one you're done.
As far as the heat shielding properties of that part, the hitch will serve that purpose, preventing the heat radiated from the muffler from damaging the rear fascia/bumper cover.

You do not, but you do need a number of other parts to flat tow your 2019 Ford Fusion, and for a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. It looks like you have the spacing correct for the Inno Roof Rack # INB137, # INSUT, and # INK860 on your 2015 Ford Fusion, but I would just double check that the feet are not binding and that the base carrier has been installed correctly. You can cut cross bars if you determine that there is excess on either side of the foot pads. You will want to make sure you make the cut as square as possible so that the end caps install as securely as possible.

When installing the Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit, item # 4420-1, on your 2011 Ford Fusion, you will need to remove a portion of the lower air dam on each side of the vehicle. It sounds like you're looking at something similar to the Bulldog 2-Speed Tandem Landing Gear # BD500154 and are trying to determine whether or not the 2-speed operation also works when an electric motor is used. The answer to your question is-yes; the motor does operate at 2 different speeds because of the 2 separate gears on the motor and jacks. Are you sure the extra wire you're speaking of isn't black? The Curt # C56351 will have two connectors that plug inline with the connection between the factory taillight harness and the taillight assembly. The one on the passenger side will have a green and white wire, the driver's side will have a white and a yellow wire. If you were to install the EcoHitch # 306-X7239 on your 2017 Ford Fusion then you would have to permanently remove the plastic underbody panel as you can see from the attached photo which is directly from the instructions.

I checked with Curt and they list the hitch part # C12091 as a confirmed fit for all models of the 2016 Ford Fusion so that would include yours that has the Sport Appearance package.
If you plan on doing any towing be sure to first check the vehicle owner's manual for the capacities of the vehicle and if lower than the hitch capacities go by the lower rating.

Yes, the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700 only activates off of the brake signal for your motorhome's tail lights so you would be able to splice into the magnetic light wiring harness to get that brake signal. You will still need to ground the Invisibrake to vehicle though.

On your 2012 Ford Fusion, look for a grommet or another wiring harness that is already going through the firewall. You may be able to run the power wire through the same location though it will likely be a tight squeeze.
