According to my information a raised rail rook rack, like the Malone AirFlow2 # MPG215, on your 2023 Mini Countryman will measure 52" from the front crossbar to the line where your roof and hatch meet. The Yakima RocketBox Pro 14, part # Y07192, is a great cargo box and should definitely fit your factory crossbars as it fits factory crossbars. However, just to be sure, you will need to measure the distance for the center of one crossbar to the center of the other to find its spread.
