You should be just fine with the clearances you listed for the CE Smith Guide-Ons part # CE27600.
3 inches would be great for the horizontal clearance between the guide ons and the pontoons and 1-1/2 inches of vertical clearance would be just fine as well. view full answer...

The Curt specialty hitch you referenced, # E-100, will fit a 4-inch square RV bumper and offers a maximum tongue weight capacity of 350-lbs and a maximum gross trailer weight capacity of 3500-lbs.
If your boat and trailer's tongue and gross weights are within these limits then the hitch will be up to the task. The other thing you need to check is the Rustler's manual to see if it indicates any restrictions for the bumper itself for use with a bolt-on hitch. The bumper itself as well as... view full answer...
I spoke to my contact at Curt about the Curt Solid Steel 2" Hitch Bar part # D36 and they informed me that it does not have a weight rating because it is not in the finished form. The weight capacity will vary depending on the length and amount of gussets or reinforcements that are used.
If you need something with an exact weight rating you may want to look at the Draw-Tite Ball Mount part # 4285 which has a 12" long shank (center of hitch pin hole to center of ball hole), comes with... view full answer...
There are multiple years of this boat, and I'm not sure what trailer you have, but so long as your 5th wheel trailer's bumper is rated to tow for at least the amount of combined weight of your Nitro and trailer, and so long as that boat and trailer is no more than 3,500 lbs with a 350 lb tongue weight it can be towed with the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # E-100. view full answer...
The Curt 2-Inch RV Bumper Trailer Hitch Receiver # E-100 has enough capacity for towing a 3500-lb trailer load like your 17-foot jon boat. It will mount to a 4-inch square channel bumper using the included hardware.
You will want to check with your camper manufacturer to verify that your particular camper model has the bumper and frame strength to allow towing a trailer with a GTW of around 3000-3500-lbs. Both the camper's bumper and the frame structure have to be sufficiently strong to... view full answer...
I went to our warehouse to personally handle the Redline Pre-Drilled Round Rubber Bumpers # D3-96 for you so I could advise you on their stiffness. These bumpers are quite firm. When I applied my palm to the bumper and leaned as much of my body weight as I could onto it, there was almost no compression at all. So this is by no means a soft or squishy product. I would say it is perfectly suitable to use in a boat slip to prevent hull damage or for similar applications. view full answer...
My research indicates that your Jeep Wrangler has a towing capacity of 2000 pounds. An 1895 pound boat would only leave room for a 105 pound trailer before that capacity is exceeded.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend exceeding the manufacturer stated towing capacity. I would recommend either a lighter boat, or using a different tow vehicle. view full answer...
