I have attached a photo of the Bestop TrailMax II Fixed - Vinyl Rear Bench Seat, part # B3943715. As the dimensions show in the photo, the seat measures 22-1/2 inches tall from the bottom of the seat to the top of the back. Since it is mounted on brackets to the floor I was unable to measure the height from the floor to the bottom of the seat.

I went out to our warehouse for you and measured the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65048. The actual cross tube is 28-1/4" long. The bolt holes are 31" apart on center and the outside to outside flange measurement is 33" long. I have attached a photo to assist.

The wires on the EZ Connector Magnetic 7-Way Trailer Connector with Watertight Seal - Hardwire - Vehicle End # 319-S7-05 you were looking at are a mix of 14 gauge, 12 gauge, and 10 gauge.
The red, brown, green, and yellow wires are 14 gauge, the blue wire is 12 gauge, and the black and white wires are 10 gauge.
This is pretty standard when it comes to 7-way connectors.

I went out to the warehouse and measured the holes of the Curt Tow Hook # C22411 you were looking at. It measures just under 1-1/2" (1.455" to be exact) which you can see in the diagram below.

The plate thickness is 3/4-inch. The diameter of the mounting bolt hole is 5/8 inch.
