I have a solution for you, but 7 x 15 is not a common sized tarp from what I was able to determine. I recommend using the Erickson Brown/Green Reversible Tarp # EM57033 . This tarp has grommets every 3' along the edges as well as on the corners and measures 12' wide x 16' long. Without having the model number for the Extang cover there is no sure fire way to find the correct replacement tarp. Often times on the Extang covers the numbers are located on the driver's side front rail (potentially underneath the tarp on the rail). If you could locate this number or provide me with pictures I may be able to assist you further.

We do offer a heavy-duty black mesh tarp from Erickson, part # EM57057, but this is slightly larger than your ideal 5 x 9-foot size at 8 x 10-feet overall. They also make a 6 x 8-foot version # EM57056. Erickson also offers their Industrial-Grade Truck/Trailer Tarp # EM57040 that measures 6 x 8-feet; again, close but no cigar. To use a rubber strap you would need to attach 2 or 3 straps, like the Erickson Rubber Tarp Strap, part # EM06741, together to be able to reach that length. I do not have a single rubber tarp strap that will stretch to 8 feet.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have any pieces available that would bridge the gap you have after installing the tonneau from your Silverado to your 2014 Ram.
We do have full replacement tarps available, but keep in mind that they are specific not only to the truck but to the mounting brackets and original hardware. I have a solution for you but there isn't a specific cover for a utility trailer, and I've mostly seen people use a tarp like the Erickson # EM57040 to keep their utility trailers covered up. However, I recommend using a pop-up camper cover like the Adco SFS AquaShed # 290-12290 which will provide superior protection from any weather that can be thrown at it.
