My technical contact at Atwood/Dometic said that most often smaller pop-ups like your 2015 Starcraft Comet H1232 A-frame come standard with a manual-pilot-only water heater. For these there is no retro-fit to electrical operation via an inside switch; you would need to replace the entire heater.
The number 93756 actually refers to the specific document for your heater, but it is not actually the heater part number.

Toyota discontinued the Venza in 2015 so your car would have to be a 2015, not a 2016. Kat's does not show a confirmed fit for a block style engine heater for the 3.5L, but you can use their dipstick style heater # KH15200 which is the easiest possible option for any vehicle with an oil dipstick tube of 1/4-inch diameter or larger. This works in any such engine that allows for at least 5-inches of the heating element to be immersed in the oil.

If your camper has a 16" opening I recommend using a Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR68SR as it has an 18" x 18" door to fully cover the opening.
Since the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR only has a 14-15/16" x 14-15/16" door you would have to reframe your opening and get new paneling or create a frame for the smaller water heater door.
