The Curt vertical receiver adapter, part # C45013 is designed to work only with the Curt Stealth Hitch, but it might possibly work with other vertical receivers. We currently don't offer a vertical hitch receiver, only an adapter.
The crucial dimension will be distance from the center of the hitch pin hole on the vertical tube to the end of the receiver. If this distance is more than 7/8 of an inch, the Curt adapter # C45013 will not work for you. See the diagram to the right.

I recommend visiting a local fabrication shop in your area to determine if they can help you with a Weld-On Receiver # E-912. The available trailer hitches for a 2007 Volvo XC70 are all class II hitches with 1-1/4 inch hitch receivers. These trailer hitches have a gross trailer weight capacity of 3,500 pounds and a tongue weight capacity of either 300 or 350 pounds.
You could go with an adapter like the Brophy # HTAD which converts a 1-1/4 inch receiver to a 2 inch receiver. However, I do not recommend it because it will reduce your tongue weight capacity by half.

For your 2022 Volvo XC60 that has flush rails you'll need a roof rack with longer crossbars to fit your two kayaks side by side which for that we have the Thule Wingbar Evo Rack part # TH711420, # TH710601, and # TH186028 which will give you a really quiet and high quality rack with 53 inch long crossbars.

The only hitch available that will fit on the 2019 Volvo V90 R is the Stealth Hitches # SH67FR, which can be used to carry bike racks, but there is not currently available wiring to allow for towing. This is a custom fit hitch for the V90 that will install behind the bumper and because the receiver is removable it won't affect your ground clearance nearly as much as a standard hitch.

The hitch you're looking for is the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH67FR. This is the same as the SHR33003 you were looking for. I have a couple other options for you, but there is not currently a hitch that fits your 2023 Volvo S60 hybrid. Instead you would need to look at a roof rack or trunk mount style.

It appears you will need to have a custom receiver fabricated for your 2019 Volvo S60 T5 Inscription. We have the 1-1/4" # E-911 or 2" # E-9 receiver tube that you can use to have a receiver fabricated. Currently none of our aftermarket manufacturers are producing a receiver for your Volvo.
