We do have hitch-mount bike racks that fit the 2-inch hitches for your 2014 Volvo XC90 and many of these bike racks allow for full access to the car's rear hatch and cargo area. The Curt vertical receiver adapter, part # C45013 is designed to work only with the Curt Stealth Hitch, but it might possibly work with other vertical receivers. We currently don't offer a vertical hitch receiver, only an adapter.
The crucial dimension will be distance from the center of the hitch pin hole on the vertical tube to the end of the receiver. If this distance is more than 7/8 of an inch, the Curt adapter # C45013 will not work for you. See the diagram to the right.

While there is not a single item that will do what you are looking for you can build one quite easily. First you will need a 7-Way # C58155 which will allow you to connect directly to the trailer 7-way. Then you will need either the Custer Single Function LED Strobe Driver # STR-QRLY if your trailer has LED tail lights with up to 420 milliamps of draw, or you will need to source a flasher from a local auto parts store if you have incandescent tail lights. We carry a few different style chains that fit tire size 235/55-R19. However, according to your 2016 Volvo XC90 owner's manual. Your vehicle has a clearance issue between the wheel and tire and the wheel well of the car.
Your owner's manual states that only single-sided snow chains can be used on this vehicle.
The manual suggest that some of the strap-on tire chains will not work because the chains will interfere with brake components on the vehicle.
