However, you might be able to install a Rhino Rack Universal Pioneer Platform for Crossbars # RR42115BF, which would give you the perpendicular mounting channels you're seeking. You would also need the Rhino-Rack Accessory Bars for Pioneer Platform Rack - 48" Long - Aero Bars - Qty 2 # RR43137B in order to mount your Thule Motion box on the platform.

Since the 7-way round pin isn't very common anymore, I'd recommend removing the connector from the trailer and wiring up a 7-way blade connector that's much more commonly found.
I'd go with a combination trailer connector/junction box like # HS381-9000 which would provide good place to make the wiring connections neatly and keep them protected from moisture and dirt.

For your 2018 Subaru Forester the option I recommend is the Draw-Tite # 75876, which is a confirmed fit for your vehicle. It is a Class III hitch with a maximum tongue weight of 525 lbs and a max towing capacity of 3,500 lbs. This hitch bolts on to your Forester so you can avoid drilling into the frame as well.

Almost all A-frame jacks have the triangle mounting plate with the 3 inch on center holes. We do not carry anything that has the 4 holes. We do have some electric jacks like the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 23" Lift - 5,000 lbs - Black, # JET-5000 that have a round plate to mount, but the holes are still lined up with the triangular mount design.

I wish I had a better answer for you, but the Camco Quick-Connect to Quick-Connect Propane Hose # CAM57280 at 3 feet long is the only propane hose we carry with the male and female quick connects. I spoke with my contact at Camco and he confirmed that there is not a 10 or 12 foot version of this hose.
