Recommended Solution for 3500-lbs Axle with Spring Seats 64 Inches Apart
Question:
I need to replace a 3500# trailer axle to on my older camper with 63-64 inch spring centers. Is there one that comes that way from the factory without ordering a custom axle?

I may have a solution for you, but we do not have a stock axle with a 3500-lbs capacity and the spring seats 63" or 64" apart. However, you could go with an axle-less suspension system like the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Electric Brake Hubs - Straight Spindle - 3,500 lbs # A35RS545E, which is a great solution that will replace your axle and leaf spring suspension. This is a great alternative to a custom axle and it comes with the hubs and drums, and the brake assemblies included giving you everything you need in a single package.
If you don't need brakes on your trailer then you can use the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Hubs - Straight Spindle - 5 on 4-1/2 # A35RS545.
I've linked some review and installation videos about these parts for you to check out.
