Hey Thomas, yeah you could install and use the Access Door for RVs part # 37210-31015 the way you described and it would work well. It is waterproof so in the future it wouldn't leak either. view full answer...
Hi Lori,
It's certainly possible the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit # 295-000019 is correct for your '03 Featherlite trailer, but we don't have a way to verify that. These door latches are essentially universal and there isn't a parts list for any trailer we can access, so you'll have to measure.
The # 295-000019 will work so long as your door is 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" thick, and has a cutout that is 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall to 3" wide x 4" tall. Or, if you happen to know the... view full answer...
HI Mason; thanks for writing in, though the only color the Multi-Purpose Access Door w/ Lock # 372E8102-A comes in is White. That said, it is designed to be painted if need be, so getting a coat of black paint on it is something you can do pretty easily. view full answer...
Hey Jan, to locate the Torklift Generator carrier part # TLA7752 off-center in front of only one of the doors would require finding a welder/fabricator in your area who could add an additional hitch opening off to the side. This is such a rare request there isn't a product available for this specific application. view full answer...
Hi Norm,
The components at the front end of the MORryde RV Cargo Sliding Tray # MR89FR are all very close to being inline with each other. The lip on the tray sticks out the furthest and even then it's a negligible amount. MORryde doesn't list a clearance requirement but I'd give yourself at minimum 1/4" - 1/2" from the opening to avoid any issues. Most RV compartment doors sit flush with the wall because of the flange that prevents the door from swinging in so as long as you're behind... view full answer...
Hey Jared, the Yakima Backswing bike rack part # Y02465 that you referenced does have the needed clearance to allow the rear door of your 2008 Dodge Sprinter to open. It has a distance of 15 inches from it's hitch pin hole to the back of the bike rack mast which is more than enough. view full answer...

Hi Donna,
If you don't have enough room then there are other handrail options available depending on the style of steps your RV has. For example, if you have pull-out steps then you could install the Stromberg Carlson Rail Mate Folding Handrail for RV Steps # AP-101. This handrail has a bracket that you'll bolt to the side of the steps to allow you to easily mount and remove it as needed. If you have a different style of steps then let me know and I'd be happy to look for a solution. view full answer...
Hey Mark, the Lippert hinge kit part # LC198295 that you referenced is exactly what you are looking for. This is a 6-leaf hinge setup that is the non-friction style like you asked about as well. view full answer...
Hey Matt, it would be pretty difficult to install two of the ramp door springs part # 362SA7 at the same time so it's going to be best to just use the one. You most likely will find that you don't have to have it fully wound to get enough spring to make lifting the ramp easier but you could potentially wind it tighter at that point to get it to help lift even more. view full answer...
Hey Robert, thanks for the picture. It looks like the exact hatch is the part # D04-0471BKVP which may be slightly modified. I would attach the picture you sent in but it looks like maybe it was from a video that might have been copyrighted. view full answer...
Hey Kristopher,

If you have more traditional fold out steps I have typically seen the Stabil-Step Stabilizer Jack # JSS-7 used in those situations. view full answer...

There may be a way to get the Rear View Safety Backup Camera System # RVS-062710 to work if you have enough wire.
To wire these cameras properly you're going to need to connect the red to power, the yellow to the left turn signal, the brown to the right turn signal, the blue to the back/rear, and the black to a ground.
I'll go ahead and attach a wiring diagram as well for you to check out. view full answer...
Hey Dan,
Most RV shower pans use a shower drain like part # 3729495-211-022, which would have a nut on the bottom clamping it to the shower pan. If yours is spinning but not coming out then you likely have the nut just loose enough to turn the drain without letting it actually come out. You'll need to get access below the shower pan to see what's going on. If you don't have an access panel then you can just cut a chunk out of the shower pan to gain access since you're getting rid of it anyway. view full answer...
