The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C89UR will not interfere with the backup camera on your 2021 Toyota Venza. The camera is located just above the license plate on the rear of your vehicle, and the hitch mounts below the rear bumper. I have attached a picture below showing the receiver tube below the bumper. Based on this picture you wouldn't even be able to see it on the backup camera.
