Expert Reply:
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C89UR for your 2021 Toyota Venza weighs only 28lbs. While it is light enough for one person to maneuver a 2nd set of hands is very helpful in lining up the receiver during installation. I have linked and installation video below that should help you with any installation questions you may have.
I do recommend installing the Vehicle Wiring Harness # C57ER when you install the receiver. This 4-way connector is needed if you plan to tow small trailers but will also allow you to use Auxiliary Lights # C53201 with any hitch mounted accessory that blocks the clear view of your tail lights.
