Possibly! The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar item # RM-1139-177 is designed with the stock suspension in mind on your 2012 F150 FX2 so it's hard to say yes or no. The main issue I see is new components from the kit being in the way and the frame mounts having to be installed in a different spot to compensate for the difference in height to the frame.

Depending on how far forward you have the tire it could potentially interfere with the sway bar. You might end up having to loosen the spare tire and then angle it so that it's leaning more on the trailer hitch and then retract it until it's tight. Your factory U-bolts will need to be long enough to account for the extra 1/2" of thickness and still have at least 3 threads exposed past the nut when properly installed.
