Hey Thomas, so B and W does have a fifth wheel hitch that fits the Reese above bed rails you have in the bed of your truck but the Companion that you mentioned does not as it only fits into B and W Turnoverball gooseneck hitches.
So instead what you would want is the B and W Patriot fifth wheel hitch part # BWRVK3255 which does fit to the Reese rails you have now. view full answer...
Hey Michael; thanks for the question and the answer is yes, your Curt Q24 5th wheel hitch head does fit the legs for the Ram puck system. The correct part for your truck is the following:

Hey Chris, yes the B and W Patriot Slider part # BWRVK3270 that you referenced does fit the same rails you have now that your Reese hitch fits. This hitch was designed to fit industry standard fifth wheel rails which you currently have. view full answer...
The best way to add rails to your 2001 F-250 is the Demco 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitches # DM6140. This drops into the B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch giving you industry standard rails. There are some limitations, mostly pertaining to sliding hitches, which I will add below.
Do not use this adapter with the Demco Hijacker Autoslide hitch or any other automatic sliding fifth-wheel trailer hitch.
Do not use this adapter with a B & W Patriot slider fifth-wheel... view full answer...
Great question, Frank!
The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3270 has a height range of 17" - 19" so just add that to the height of your base rail kit on your 2017 Ford F-250 and you'll be able to see for certain if it will fit with your tonneau cover.
The B&W hitches typically fit just fine under tonneau covers but it's always best to double check the math. view full answer...
Hey Pat, the Reese M5 fifth wheel hitch part # RP58FR that you referenced would be a really great fixed hitch that fits the OEM pucks of your 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500. This hitch has more than enough towing capacity, is really well made, and has a tight jaw design that will be quieter than other options. view full answer...
Hey there Randy, thanks for the question and all you need to do is replace the base of your B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3400-5W to one that fits the puck system of your 2022 Ram 3500 long bed. So the only thing you need is the following:

Whille the Blue Ox Fifth wheel hitch BXR2100 our part # BLU52XR was not designed to provide additional turning clearance I looked up your Grand Design 150 Series Model 260RD and since it has a tapered nose and an extended pin box you would be able to make tight turns with the setup you mentioned. view full answer...
Gen-Y does offer a fifth wheel pin box to gooseneck coupler that can fit in place of the Lippert Turning Point pin box with the part # GY48GR. At this time they do not offer a pin box replacement (no gooseneck adapter) that can fit in place of the Turning Point. view full answer...

Hi Ken,
To determine the correct Gen-Y Gooseneck Pin Box for your 2022 Forest River Sierra Luxury 321RL fifth wheel you'll first need to determine your trailer's bolt pattern and pin weight. There should be a sticker somewhere on your pin box that lists a serial number, RPO number, and LCI item number that we can use to determine the bolt pattern. You'll also want to weigh your pin weight while fully loaded. The specs for the trailer show a pin weight of 1,710lbs so you'd likely be around... view full answer...
I am sure there is but I would need to see the sticker on your 5th wheel's pin box. It'll have a SN, an RPO number, or an LCI number. This information will allow me to call Lippert and identify what bolt pattern your pin box has so I can find the right replacement part.
For example the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel Pin Box item # GY46FR fits a Lippert 1621 bolt pattern which is pretty common amongst newer RV's.
If you could email me a picture of that sticker I would be more then... view full answer...
More than likely you can, but I will need to know what Curt 5th wheel hitch you currently have and your bed length to see if a base is available that will fit your prep package. If you can leave a comment below with that information I would be happy to find the right base for you. view full answer...

For a 2022 GMC/Chevy truck the Curt fifth wheel rail kit part # C16429-204 is the correct fit and for just the bracket kit the part # C16429 is correct...BUT the bracket kit is not compatible with Pullrite rails. You can't mix and match the bracket and rail brands so you would have to go with the Curt complete rail kit. If the hitch you have is a Pullrite and it's one of their ISR style hitches it will be compatible with this rail kit. view full answer...
Hi Tony; that's a good question and unequivocally the better option is the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ S20 Slider # C55DR.
This will not only give you extra height, but won't void the warranty on your trailer frame like the Convert-A-Ball adapter does, gives you better turning clearance, and is just a more secure overall set up than what is essentially two different adapters.
The # C55DR is also just a really good hitch overall with a superb interlocking jaw system for a tight... view full answer...
