Does B and W Patriot Slider Fifth Wheel Hitch Fit Same Rails as Reese Hitch

Interested in up grading my fifth wheel hitch to your B and W patriot 5th wheel hitch with slider-dual jaw 18,000 lbs itemBWRVK3270. Question before purchasing is will it connect to the above rail system for my current Reese 16k slider hitch?
