For your 2019 Volvo XC60 we have two hitch options for you. We have the Stealth Hitch Class 4 with a towing package, part # SH87FRT or without the towing package part # SH87FR. Then we have the EcoHitch # EH95VR. We do not offered the smaller 1-1/4" receiver tube opening but most bike racks like the Thule Doubletrack Pro XT Bike Rack part # TH92BJ which is what I recommend will work with both sizes.
