We have a solution that matches what you are looking for, but the Curt cargo carrier part # C18151 that you referenced does not have a hitch opening at the front of it for a bike rack to attach to.
Instead you'd want the Hollywood Racks Cargo Carrier Bike Rack # HR1400Z-85 which comes with both a carrier and a bike rack. This can be used in three configurations. Bike rack only, cargo carrier only, and bike and cargo carrier. view full answer...
As you already have the 4-way flat connectors on your two Saturn Vue's you will only need a 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit for Trailer Brake Controller Installation # ETBC7L for each vehicle. This will provide you with the 7-way that connects to your 4-way and has the wiring for running power to the 7-way charge line.
The Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180 works differently from other brake controllers. It is powered by the charge line on the 7-way circuit. It uses the input from... view full answer...
We do not have a tail light kit specifically for the Curt hitch mounted Cargo Carrier, item # C18100.
A better solution may be the Pro Series 24x60 Railed Cargo Carrier for 2 inch Trailer Hitches, item # 63153 , along with the Light Kit for Rola Railed Cargo Carriers, item # 20174 or the LED version, part # 98174LED. The lights recess into this carrier and are well protected by the carriers railing. view full answer...
Whenever you hear conflicting stories about flat towing a vehicle it is always best to turn to the owner's manual as the manufacturer (in your case GM) will have the final say. I looked up an online version of the owner's manual for your 2008 Saturn Vue and it says on page 4-42 that both FWD and AWD can be flat towed. I recommend checking your copy of the owner's manual to verify this (it will be under Recreational or Dinghy Towing).
For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base... view full answer...

If you have a 2007 Saturn Vue, depending on which brake controller you're trying to install, you will need an adapter to be hardwired into your vehicle. This is because the Vue does not have a factory plug for a brake controller to plug into.
For example, Curt controllers need adapter # C51515 for your vehicle. Tekonsha and Draw-Tite Controllers need adapter # 20127.
If you let me know which brake controller you're trying to install, I can help you further.
Also, keep in mind that in... view full answer...
There are a couple different reasons why trunk mounted bike racks are not recommended for your 2008 Saturn Vue. Most second generation Saturn Vues (2008 to 2010) have a small plastic trim piece or a plastic spoiler at the top of the rear hatch. The upper straps of trunk mounted bike racks attach to the top edge of the rear hatch and this plastic trim piece or spoiler is not designed to support the weight of the bike rack and bikes. The plastic could deform or break from the pressure.

Yes, I checked with Roadmaster to confirm that the Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit # RM-155 that you referenced would work on your 2007 Saturn Vue and it does.
I attached installation instructions and an install video for you to check out also. view full answer...
They are basically a safety chain setup for the base plate kit. They are designed to attach to the frame of the vehicle and the base plate kit.
This is actually a common issue that our installers also deal with on many different vehicles. It is not spelled out in the instructions but since these base plates do not have an attachment point especially for the short cables included with the base plates you will have to loop the cables around the base plate assembly and around the frame somewhere... view full answer...

To test the tail light wires on your 2005 Saturn Vue using a multimeter you will first set the meter to read voltage. There should be several settings to test voltage but you want the lowest setting. Then you can either pierce the wires to test them or unplug the tail light and test the connector pins (if equipped).
Have someone sit in the car and run through the light functions while you test the wires. The functions that power on should be near 12 volts and the others should not show... view full answer...
The parts you need to tow with your Saturn Vue include a trailer hitch, wiring, and a ball mount kit. If the year of your Saturn Vue is a 2006 like what you were looking at then I recommend the following:
etrailer Class III Trailer Hitch - # e98865
T-One Wiring Harness - # 118418
Ball Mount Kit - # EBMK4
If you have a different year model just let me know what that is and I can make some different recommendations if I need to. view full answer...

I am sorry, but the 407-1 will not fit your 2005 Saturn Vue. The base plate for your vehicle is the 3111-1, the Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit.
If your tow bar is the Roadmaster Tracker, which has the entry-level towing capacity of 5,000 lbs, then the base plate I just recommended, the 3111-1, is compatible with it. You will need the optional set of quick-disconnects, product RM-201, to use with the base plate and the tow bar. The quick-disconnects are defined as optional on our website,... view full answer...
