While I do have a solution for you, there is not 1-1/4" hitch that will fit your 2007 Hyundai Veracruz. I do, however, still recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch receiver 2" # 13545 for your Veracruz.
In order to have a 1-1/4" receiver you simply need an adapter. I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter - 2" (Class III) to 1-1/4" - 4" Long # C45770 for your needs. This will allow you to use any 1-1/4" accessories you may have.

The Swagman XTC4 bike rack # S64665 has a shank that actually comes out of the hitch and raises the bike rack up 3 inches for better ground clearance. I would recommend measuring 3 inches up from the top of your trailer hitch to see if the extra height would bring the wheels out of direct contact with the flow of the exhaust.

The # TK24FR will use the same ports as the # 118269 so it would need to be replaced in order to use it. Since this only has a 7-way connection, you would also need an adapter for your scout trailer. The Pollak 7 Pole to 4 Way Connector Adapter # PK12716 plugs into the 7-way at the back of your vehicle converting it to a 4-way which would let you connect your other trailer.

I called the supplier (Draw-Tite) to see if the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 75532, will sit under or over the exhaust on the 2010 Hyundai Veracruz. They said you will lower the exhaust and install the hitch then raise the exhaust back into position, so it will be over the exhaust.
