First, with LED lights, the color of the bulb needs to match the color of the lens. Otherwise you will have dim lights or off-color lights.
If you want you can replace just the 4-Way end on the harness that you have with # HM48190. If you want to replace the whole harness I recommend going with a powered option such as # 119250KIT which will get the power for the trailer lights directly from the battery instead of drawing it through the tail light wiring. view full answer...
