  • Flat Towing 2000 Chevy Tracker
  • According to what I read in the owner's manual on page # 4-44, 2WD Tracker models aren't supposed to be flat towed, even if they are equipped with a manual transmission. Doing so will damage the transmission. A 4WD model may be flat towed by shifting the transfer case into Neutral and placing the automatic transmission in Park or a manual transmission in 2nd. It's recommended to stop every 200 miles or so and start the vehicle in order to keep the transfer case lubricated.

  • Replacement Top Recommendation for a 1998 Chevy Tracker
  • I wish I had something I could recommend for you, but we don't carry just the rear window of the # PE5113715 and it most likely wouldn't attach to your factory top any way. The only option I have for you would be to replace the entire top of your 1998 Chevy Tracker with the # PE5113715.

  • Does Rampage Replacement Top for 2004 Chevy Tracker Have Sunroof
  • The install picture you referenced for the Rampage top part # RA98935 (which is a fit for your 2004 Chevy Tracker) does not show an actual install picture of this top. It's listed as a "typical photo" which means it's designed to give you an idea what it would look like but there would be variances. The Bestop part # B5136601 which also is a fit for your 2004 Chevy Tracker does not have a sunroof option either.

  • Which Tow Bar Wiring Diode Kit is Used to Flat Tow a 2003 Chevy Tracker Behind a Motor Home
  • The diode kit recommended for your 2003 Chevy Tracker is actually the 6-diode kit # 154-792-118158. Those 2 additional diodes will allow the turn signals and brake lights to be separate on the Tracker when it is being towed. When using a 4-diode kit such as # 38955 the red brake lights will function as both brake lights and turn signals which is perfectly legal if that is what you are worried about. Since you already have a 4-diode kit at the very least you will just need 2 more diodes,...
