There are no Thule chains for size 255/75-17 tires but there are plenty of options, see link. Out of the options available the easiest to install would be the Pewag Brenta-C chains, # PWXMR82V. They are color-coded making it easy to make sure you have everything in the right place and hooked up correctly.

I'd recommend a passive helper spring system like the SumoSprings Solo, part # SSR-204-40. A passive system like this won't affect your ride quality until the rear suspension compresses at which tie the springs will provide plenty of additional support against the tongue weight applied to the rear suspension from the horse trailer. According to Derale, you will need the Snap-in Fitting, # D13035. The fitting is used so you will not have to cut and flare lines yourself which can be difficult if you have never done it before. It requires a special tool to flare steel lines so a hose clamp can hold the hose on it. The snap-in simply means that you fit the hose ends over the fitting and the flared ends of it allow a clamp to hold it in place.

If you are experiencing sag while towing I have a better solution than suspension enhancement. Instead I would recommend a weight distribution system because not only does I stop the sag it distributes some of the tongue weight of the trailer up to the front axle of the tow vehicle which allows the handling and braking to improve.

Also, using the Tekonsha Brake Controller Adapter, part # 3015-P will make installing the brake controller a breeze.
