I recommend the Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket for Factory Rails, part # SPS4560-1101. This basket is 60" long x 45" wide and comes with the adapters for the raised rails.

My recommendation would be to get the Kuat Dirtbag Phat 9 Fat Bike Rack - Fork Mount - Bolt On - 9 mm Quick-Release Skewer, part # DRT9P. It is designed for fat tire bikes with 9mm quick release skewers. It is a permanent mount, so if you do not want to install it directly to your truck bed, you could probably affix two of them to a 2 X 4.
