Actually, you really shouldn't need to do anything with the sensors because they'll only activate when the vehicle is in reverse. If you find that having them sound while your backing is annoying, you can install a switch such as # 37212595 inline with the power circuit feeding the sensors so you can turn them on and off as needed.
