Helpful Expert Reply:
The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76112 which is a fit for a 2013 Toyota Sienna weighs around 40 lbs. This will be the case for pretty much all trailer hitch options for this vehicle give or take a few pounds.
For a bike rack, the Thule Apex XT 5 Bike Rack part # TH9026XT is an excellent option which will allow you to carry up to five bikes. It has a tilting design so you can access the rear hatch with the rack installed. The Thule Apex XT weighs 35 lbs which is very light. The swing away version of this rack is the Thule Apex Swing XT 4 Bike Rack part # TH9027XT which only allows for up to 4 bikes to be carried and weighs more at 42 lbs. The swing away feature however does make it much easier to get into the hatch as you can leave the bikes on.
