To just replace the connector portion of the # ETBC7 you would want the part # 37185. This is the 7-way and 4-way harness that comes with the kit.
The location of the connector will play into the longevity of the connector. If it is out of sunlight and not directly behind a tire where rocks or dirt would get thrown at the connector it would last the longest.

We have a suspension enhancement system (SES) for your 1991 Dodge Ramcharger but it is from Air Lift as Timbren doesn't have any that will fit your vehicle.

I reached out to my contact at Blue Ox and he said that the 21-1/8" spacing is pretty critical for the installation of the Bolt-On Base Plate Bracket Kit # BX88230 but you can possibly get away with extending or retracting that by about 1". I believe you're looking for the Custom Mounting Brackets for Detail K2 Snowplows # K284303 which fits a '74-'93 Ramcharger. I'm not entirely sure what all is included with the W-159 Prospector setup that you have, but this kit fits the base model so if nothing changed for the front of the frame and body you'll be able to install this with no issues. If something did change then you'll need to have something fabricate as Detail K2 doesn't have a variety of options for the older pickups.
