I took a look at the instructions for the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118800 and there was no mention of cargo tie-downs, and no visual representation of needing to remove any specific tie-downs.
What it did mention is that there are quite a few trim panels that need to be removed, and to do this I highly recommend the Trim Pad Remover # ALL648544.

You really shouldn't be seeing any wiggle movement from the Saris SuperClamp EX Bike Rack # SA4025F when the anti-rattle bolt is installed properly. The bikes may look like they are moving some during travel because of the connections between the shank, head, and main frame, but it should be a pretty solid setup. And if you're using a stabilizing strap # 18050 that should only make everything that much more stable.

My personal opinion would be to allow the connector portion of the Curt Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, # 56008, to hang out of the hatch on your 2015 Acura RDX AWD when you need to use it. Yes, both of the Tow Ready trailer wiring harnesses you referenced, parts # 118500 and # 118569, require you to install the supplied fuse in the vehicle's fuse box located in the engine compartment.

Yes, that note is accurate. A Class I trailer hitch receiver is limited to only 2 bikes regardless of the amount of weight it's carrying. This is due to the exaggerated force caused by the additional leverage from the bikes being further away from the vehicle. A Class II hitch, which is also 1-1/4 inches, is designed to withstand the added stress but a Class I hitch is not.

There should be a legend on the fuse block that has a complete diagram of where all of the different fuses are. There should be an empty slot labeled (20A) Trailer. That is the slot that the included 20 amp fuse goes in.

Officially, the rear jack point on the 2016 Acura RDX is a few inches forward of the rear tire. There is a tab on the vehicle that fits a notch in the jack that comes with the vehicle. But what I would do is go to a local auto parts store and get some ramps and back the vehicle up the ramps. Otherwise any strong structural component such as the frame/uni-body support would work.
