I checked with Thule and the Hullavator # TH898 would work well on your 2014 QX70 as long as you install an aftermarket roof rack on the vehicle. Even if you have factory crossbars you would need to install an aftermarket set of crossbars to install this rack.

When determining the overall towing capacity of a vehicle you must always go with the lowest rated component as the overall capacity since the setup is only as strong as it's weakest component.
The Curt Hitch part # 13554 can handle 4,000 lbs of trailer, but your vehicle can only handle 2,000 so 2,000 lbs would be your overall capacity.

The reason for this is the mounting points the trailer hitch will use on your vehicle are not durable enough to withstand the added stress of a weight distribution system. This is a Class lll hitch and it has a 2 inch receiver opening. A note form Curt states that all non-trailer loads - bike racks, cargo carriers and so forth - should be supported with stabilizing straps like part # 18050. You should not have any issues with the ground clearance with a trailer hitch for your 2017 Infiniti QX70.
When we test-fit the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13554 on this same vehicle, it measured 13 inches from the top of the receiver to the ground, which is about 11 inches from the bottom of the receiver to the ground. That is a fairly standard height so unless you have quite a significant decline, there won't be an issue.

The Curt # 13554 Class III hitch would work perfectly on your QX70. The Thule # TH9058 Camber 2 bike rack would be completely compatible with the hitch, and your vehicle. When installed, you should have about 13 inches of ground clearance which is enough that any sort of raised adapter isn't necessary. Actually, Thule doesn't recommend using an adapter, anyway.
