I do have an option for you but they do not make a trailer hitch for your 2017 Infiniti QX70 that is designed to be used with a weight distribution system. The reason for this is the mounting points the trailer hitch will use on your vehicle are not durable enough to withstand the added stress of a weight distribution system. However, I have a combination of two products that will actually take the place of a weight distribution system and they are much easier to setup each time you need to tow your trailer.
For starters, the trailer hitch I recommend you use is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75778 because the receiver tube opening in recessed under the bumper more so than the other option which means it will have a more aesthetically pleasing look once installed. Then in order to counteract the added weight placed on the vehicle from the tongue of the trailer, I recommend the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs. In order to provide a part number I would need you to take a few measurements which can be found in the attached document. This is the only suspension enhancement option we have for you.
In order to counteract the potential for trailer sway, I recommend the Curt Sway Control System part # C94VV which works by applying a varying degree of braking pressure to separate braking assemblies to help bring the trailer inline. Please note that this device will require that the trailer have electric braking assemblies but this is a requirement for your vehicle according to the owner's manual because the trailer is over 1,000 lbs. A sway control device like the Curt Electronic Sway Control System is also required according to the owner's manual as the trailer is over 2,000 lbs.
If you would also like a brake controller recommendation, I really like the Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180. The Echo is a relatively new brake controller that is gaining a lot of popularity. The reason for this is because it does not require any modifications to the tow vehicle, it just plus into the 7-way and you use your phone to customize settings and activate the manual override. The other major reason as to the growing popularity of this brake controller is because it uses a device you are already comfortable using (your phone), you do not need to read an entire comprehensive manual and familiarize yourself with the controls and codes to use it. Please note that if your phone loses power the brake controller will still function as normal.
I have attached an install video of the trailer hitch for you as well.
