I went to our warehouse and pulled some of this Jacketed 2 Wire, part # 12-2-1, to measure for you with a pair of digital calipers. The width of the 2 wires with the jacket measures .364 inches. It measures .209 inches thick. Each individual wire when removed from the jacket measure .122 inches thick.

I have a great solution for snow tire chains on your 2013 Audi Q7. Unfortunately, the Titan Chain Cable Snow Tire Chains - Ladder Pattern # TC2028 needs at least 15mm of internal clearance between the inside of the tire and the vehicle. With that measurement, these will not work with your 13.5mm clearance limitation.

The distance between the crossbars on your 2014 Audi Q7 may vary depending on the type roof rack you install and the height of the side rails on your vehicle. It sounds like your 2015 Audi Q7 does not have the factory tow package. To add a 7-way to your Audi you will need two separate wiring harnesses. We haven't had the opportunity to install the Thule AeroBlade Edge Roof Rack on a 2018 Audi Q7 so I wouldn't know off-hand it you can open the sunroof but I did go out to the warehouse and take some measurements for you.
