If you have a 4-way trailer wiring harness on your motorhome most likely it has already had the turn signal light circuits converted so that the 4-way would function properly. What you can do is test the 4-way with a circuit tester like part # PTW2993to verify this. I attached a video that shows how to do this.

Typically, when a converter box lets loose, it's caused by a short circuit in the trailer wiring. A nicked wire or loose connection or maybe even a rusty bulb socket causes a short circuit which causes a spike to feed back into the converter which destroys it. All it takes is one hard to see nick in the wire insulation that's not easily seen.

So it sounds like your 2012 Honda Pilot did not come with the factory tow package. You are going to need more than just the converter box. You are also going to need some relays and at least one fuse. Since the converter is not available by itself you would have to get the complete kit, # 118265, or # 118558. To determine the correct replacement spring you will need to go by the measurements of the existing springs. This is best done with the weight off of the spring you are measuring either by removing it or by jacking up one side of the trailer.

Your old Yakima RocketBox has mounting holes that are 4-1/2 inches on center, so there isn't a direct fit we carry. Instead I recommend using the Replacement Hardware Kit for Searsbox Cargo Box # TH05603. This will fit your Malone Aero bars like # MPG215 on your 2015 Toyota RAV4 as well as the factory bars on your 2008 Honda Pilot.

Take a look at your existing 7-way, you'll need to stick your head under the rear bumper so you can see the rear of the connector. If the factory tow package harness can be unplugged from the rear of the 7-way (see photo), then I'd recommend using a T-connector like # 118384.
You'd simply unplug the tow package harness from the back of the existing 7-way, and plug the # 118384 inline between the tow package harness and the 7-way. I've linked to a video showing a typical installation.

Your Thule T2 should have come with a Snug-Tite lock, # THSTL2. If it is missing or damaged you can use the THSTL2 to replace it. Or if you are missing the pin it is # 853-5917. And for just the lock housing it is # 753-3725-02. You would need to add lock cores to the housing using # TH450200.

So you can add a replacement lock core to your Thule Weekender 627 cargo box, but the lock core does need to be unlocked to be able to use the universal master key and install new lock cores with the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450200.
It sounds like yours may still be locked, and since you used a key (the right one based on the number - there does not have to be an "N" on front of it), but it doesn't unlock, the only option is to use a locksmith to remove the lock.
