Both the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 76290 and Curt Trailer Hitch # C13421 have a gloss black powder coat finish over a protective base coat. The main difference we have found is that the Curt finish is thicker than the Draw-Tite so it does a better job holding up. So if I were to make a recommendation I would choose the Curt # C13421 for your 2021 Honda Passport.

There is just a single difference between the Curt and etrailer trailer hitches that fit your 2023 Honda Passport, which is the finish.
