Hey Paul, thanks for reaching out!
The bolt holes for the Draw-Tite Class V Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT45502 are spaced out 35-1/2" on center for the width, and then for the back to forth dimensions we're looking at 3-3/8" for the holes closer to each other (on either end) and then 7-7/8" for the middle holes.
I've attached some dimensional photos for your reference. view full answer...
BAK offers their BAKBox 2 Collapsible Truck Bed Toolbox # BAK92201 which is compatible with the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK48203 you found for your 2020 Ram 3500. This is really the best option since you can't use a crossover style tool box with the cover and any other box would have to mount to the bed floor which would then make your bed even shorter for loading long items such as plywood or other lumber. view full answer...
Yes, the MORryde ALLTREK 4000 part # MR89DR is correct based on your dimensions. The ALLTREK provides best cushioning vertically and horizontally so it would be your best overall option. It would perform better than the CRE3000.
You'd want to go with the longer shackle kit part # MR76ZR.
The reason your wheelbase is a little shorter is due to your leaf springs being a little shorter than most. Typical size is like 25-1/8 inch or 26 inch. view full answer...
Hi Bob,
I drew up a little diagram below of the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13361. Each measurement is from the center of one hole over to the center of the other hole. If you need anything else just let me know. view full answer...
According to Lippert the 68" Wide Thomas Payne Trifold RV Loveseat # TP59FR has the following sleeping dimensions:
- 56" x 70" x 19" (W x D x H)
So as far as the "length" term you referenced I believe the 70" is the dimension you're looking for. view full answer...
The etrailer Trailer Coupler # CTA-400 uses the Replacement Mounting Bolt with Nut for Adjustable Channel Couplers # MBT58500-LN58. This is a 5/8" grade 8 bolt. I have attached a diagram below which shows the full dimensions. view full answer...
Charles, yes the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-610-54 you're looking at will work great in reducing any sag you might experience towing your trailer.
These springs at 50 percent compression have a 2,800 lb weight capacity which should be more than enough to keep your ride level. It's also worth mentioning that SumoSprings are not going to increase your vehicle's weight carrying capacity, so you'll just want to be mindful of that. view full answer...
Yeah Mike it does not matter, you can mix any style of link you want on your tires. The only thing you'd want to be wary of is if you had a car that had limited wheel well clearance, which then you'd only be able to use certain tire chains that are for those circumstances, but since you're talking about a truck you'll be all good. view full answer...
For a 26" long replacement spring, I recommend the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 6,000-lb Trailer Axles item # e94SR. This spring works with 6,000 lbs axles and each spring has a 3,000 lbs capacity.
To confirm this is the correct spring you will want to measure your current springs with the weight off of them. They'll stretch out over time so the best way to get an accurate measurement is to jack up one side of your trailer and measure the springs from eye bolt to eye bolt. If you've already... view full answer...
I'm not 100% sure which Curt gooseneck is on there and they use a template so I don't have the measurements handy. However, the # BWGNRK1020 does list the measurements so you can run a tape measure in your truck bed to see if it lines up.
Hook your tape measure over the rear edge of the bed at the tailgate end and measure 45-5/16" if you have the long bed or 37-1/8" for the short bed. If the measurement takes you to the center of your Curt gooseneck you have your answer. Depending on... view full answer...
Hello Andrew, great question. I will start by saying that with our videos, generally you can assume that the tires and suspension are stock when we are measuring the hitch clearance. Although, we do not have the tire size or suspension type noted anywhere specifically.
In the case of the EcoHitch # 306-X7397 and the Curt # C98JR (13499) both will have the exact same 15" ground clearance on a 2021 Audi SQ5. The Curt has a slightly longer receiver, so it does have a slight edge as far as... view full answer...
Hi David; nope, the leaf springs don't need to be changed if going to the AllTrek 4000 equalizers. You just need to choose the right one based on your wheelbase (measured center-to-center of your wheels):
- 33" Wheelbase: MORryde AllTrek 4000 Shock Absorbing Equalizers # MR89DR
- 35" Wheelbase: MORryde AllTrek 4000 Shock Absorbing Equalizers # MR29DR view full answer...
Alfredo, to pick out the correct replacement shackle kit for your Weekend Warrior you're going to need to measure your current shackle straps and pick a replacement that matches those dimensions; or you can get those measurements and let me know what that is and I'd be happy to take a look to see what we have. view full answer...
Hi David; we do have a 215-75/14 trailer tire and black wheel, but not that come as a combo, you would have to get the tire mounted to the wheel. If that's okay, here are the part numbers:
- Karrier ST215/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10229
- Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel # AM20315
This is a load range C tire with a 1,870 lb capacity, and the wheel has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. That's the most common bolt pattern, but if you aren't sure what yours is I have linked a help article... view full answer...
Hey Carter, it is possible to upgrade your axles but it really just comes down to getting the correct axle dimensions from your current axles and ordering the higher capacity with same dimensions. You need the hub face to hub face dimension as well as the distance between spring centers. We don't have any 10k axles though so you'd need to find a local trailer shop to you who can order customer axles and let them get you what you need. view full answer...
