The Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit # RM-152-98146-7 comes with a straight cord while the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit # RM-152-1676-7 comes with a "hybrid" cord that is straight on one end and coiled on the other.
I prefer the coiled option as it helps to keep the wiring above the ground easier. The only time a straight cord is better is if the tow bar has channels to route the wiring through.

For your 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave your options are either the Blue Ox Base Plate # BLU53FR which you found or the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM77VR. The kit # RM-521453-5 you found does not fit your Mojave package. Both the Roadmaster and Blue Ox options are very similar in design with the main difference being Blue Ox requiring you to use safety cables as a safety device. The difference between the # RM-154 and the # RM-152-98146-7 is the trailer connector and the umbilical.
The # RM-154 provides 4 circuits to the towed vehicle, right turn/brake lamp, left turn/brake lamp, running lamps and ground. The # RM-154 would provide a 4 pin trailer connector on the front of the towed vehicle and would require that the motorhome have a 4 pin trailer connector or an adapter like # 47345.
